Hydrating Face Serum

Ingredients: Distilled Water, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), DL-Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Glycerin, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate (Liquid Germall Plus), Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid.

Directions: Drop a small amount into the palm of our hand and massage evenly to face and neck daily. Use after cleansing and before moisturizing.
